Carpinteria Ocean View Garden

This contemporary home is nestled in the hills of Carpinteria. Our task was to create outdoor spaces and enhance the aspect of year-round indoor/outdoor living Santa Barbara is famous for.

The front is filled with a variety of succulents and large stones. Colorful Calendrinia adds a bit of whimsy and contrast to the entry. A walkway leads to a gravel path to the south side of the property.

Colorful, drought-tolerant perennials border a gravel path and patio paved with black lava rock giving the garden a dramatic look. A contemporary firepit and sitting area complete the look.

The lawn continues around the house bordered by Lavender and Santa Barbara Daisy.

Several sitting areas offer views of the ocean, garden, and mountains. The hot tub is an extra special addition to this incredible paradise for outdoor living. Enjoy the view!
